This policy covers visitors to themayhemgames.com who join our launch-alert waitlist. It is published by Wild Hearts Publishing Pty Ltd (ABN 34 695 911 025), an Australian company, and follows the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988. The Havenscar companion app, on havenscar.com, has its own privacy policy.
What we collect
- Your email address, only if you type it into the waitlist form.
- A record of when you joined, which page you joined from, and the wording you saw beside the form.
There are no accounts, no passwords, no advertising trackers and no cookies on this site. Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes ordinary web request data (such as IP address) to serve pages and keep the site secure.
How we use it
Only to email you launch news, pricing and card previews for The Mayhem Games, and to answer you if you write to us. Joining the waitlist is not a purchase and no payment is taken. We do not sell or rent your email address.
Who handles it
- Supabase stores the waitlist. Its servers are in South Korea (Seoul), so your email is stored outside Australia.
- Vercel hosts this website.
We take reasonable steps to make sure these providers protect your information.
How long we keep it
Until the launch emails are finished, or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete your information at any time, including removing yourself from the waitlist, by emailing info@wildheartspublishing.com.au. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, or your local data protection authority.
Children
The waitlist is intended for adults. Please do not submit an email address unless you are 18 or older, or a parent or guardian has agreed.
Changes
If this policy changes we will post the new version here and update the date above.
